Used it on my cat and she chilled out. I sometimes take it too, usually 1 drop per 16 ounce glass of water.
I use it successfully on my cats. I used it once myself when I was anxious about flying and it worked great. It may have just been the placebo effect for me but it couldn't be on the cats.
Yes! I'm very easily stressed, as well as having spastic colon, and I've found that two drops in a normal size glass of water definitely helps. I strongly recommend it.
I did, but it's hard to say whether it was the actual homeopathy or the placebo effect. It certainly is safer than a drug though, so I'd recommend it.

I have used this by Bach Flower remedys for years. I mostly use it for my dogs during stressful times like firework season, thunderstorms, trips to vet, etc. They still have the anxiety, but it calms it down to a low hum. I rub it on their head and around their nostrils and mouth. I also find it helps to make me more mellow during periods of upset. It also helps to relax you for bed time.
