I swear by it. My husband and I did it the other night. It's great if you suffer from seasonal allergies or headaches. It also is great if you work out doors (like construction or gardening) because it get all the dirt out. If afterward you find you have itching just sooth your ears with a little A&D or patroium jelly.

I've used it on myself, my children, my husband and my mother and it did wonderful things for one and all. It has helped us with everything from sinus infections to ear infections to migraine and we swear by it as a family. I suggest using sweet oil afterward as the emmolient to coat the ear. Its less sticky and gooey by far than petroleum jelly and is closer to the ear's own natural oils. Good luck!
Ear candling is a hoax. It only "works" for gullible people.
