ok so my brother thought he had the 15ml measure cup, but he had the 30ml one, so he took 2 of the recommended dose, i dont really know what to communicate him, heres the stuff he took

He might rouse up with a contract killer headache.(it would actually be a hangover; that'll stop him from drinking!!) So if you know what works for him, hold some Excedrin, Aleve, Advil, aspirin, Tylenol, or Head-On (it works great!) available for him. Maximum strength, generic is fine.

30 mL is zilch to worry just about., as that's only 60 mg of DXM. It would be something to verbs about if he drank 100 mL, as i.e. when the dissocciatve properties of DXM kick within.
