Is ephedrine legal in the uk or is it an illegal drug anywhere or is it just like paracetemol?

Hi mate, ephedrine is perfectly legal in the UK in powder form, which is currently in every inhailer used. It is also legal to posses it in tablet form but only small amounts. This is because it is illegal to sell this drug in tablet form but the thin line between the cops thinkin 1000 tablets are for you or to sell is close. I currently take around 6 per day at the minute and they are fine but they do stop you eatin ha ha. You no when you have took too many as they will give you the shakes as they speed up your metablism. They are not life threatning unless you take like 50 in one day. I no everyone is different but i no lots and lots of people girls and boys that have taken 10-20 in one day safely. Let me no your thoughts. thanks gav.

I used to take slimming tablets with ephedrine in them, they were horrible, it made me feel like my blood was made of pure caffeine- i was jumpy and hyper, it also made me feel really agressive.
As far as I know it is only legal here in small quantities, the company that sold me slimming tablets did not sell them in the UK and were quite shady over it's legality here (yes, stupid me for taking them, you live and learn)
I wouldn't reccommend using it.
eph hcl is the drug form, its not illegal to buy ephedrine in the uk, it is illegal to sell it tho.
It is different to paracetamol. It is often available in cold and flu tablets and I think their are regulations on how many packets a pharmacy can sell to a person.
