Can you swallow pills?

I have trouble swalowing pills, i really cant do it, knowing its a pill i cant swallow it, especially paracetamol, its revolting.

What i hold to do is half the pill than put it surrounded by foods like bread, yoghurt, anything i can swallow hole and try to swallow it, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt.

Answers:    I can't swallow them any, which is a nuisance given that I enjoy to take 4 a hours of daylight. I find I take purely the right amount of water, swish it round so that I can't touch the tablet any more, and swallow. Usually works, only choked a couple of times contained by the last few months. I believe it's to do beside the size of your gullet, although I'm not sure what that means. Do you ever choke on solid food too?

Another trick (we used it on my Nannie who have dementia) is to take a mouthful of really cold wet or ice cream, so you can't grain the tablet so well. Goes down nice and unproblematic.

ETA and if you instinctively try to throw your head wager on to swallow, try to overcome this. It's actually easier to swallow next to your chin down slightly, so you could give that a try.
I hold no problem, just bear with plenty of marine.
