Does anyone have that "The Cure for Weight Loss" book by Kevin?

I'm talking about that book with all those supposed 'cures' for tons of ailments. If so, could you possiblyget in touch with me and talk about it?

Thanks!

I feel bloated most of the time, Any natural ways to ease constipation and encourage lazy bowls lol?

See site below. It tells the 40 things you are supposed to do plus get daily injections of an illegal drug. It tells which of the 40 things are the best so you do not have to spend $20 daily on supplements and exercise 3 hours a day and do all sorts of things.

He is really just making a lot selling books. The site below has free information. He has another book NATURAL CURES. It tells (like site below) that growth hormones in meat and dairy make you fat.

What exactly does the pre-cleanse days mean prior to isagenix 9 sunshine?

I have read a lot of books on herbal medicine and Kevin Trudeau doesn't come close to explaining cures. His book is more of a documentary of the pharmacetuial business. The best book for herbal meds is "Back to Eden" by Jethro Kloss

So I'm sure the weight loss book is NOT all that also. I would not venture to even borrow it from the library and that's free.

Are there any OTC medicines to treat a urinary tract infection?

I have read it and believe every word. I am currently practicing a lot of the guidelines documented in the book and am feeling so good! I have 4 homeschooled kids so I don't get much time to myself. I have discovered we have a YMCA 1 block away, so we joined and I have 2 hours everyday to myself while I work out (they have free childcare). While I don't know how feasible it would be for me to get a colonic ever other day (yikes!), what do I do with the kids? (my husband is on call 24/7 with the R.R., so we work around his schedule...) We are currently doing a colon cleanse and will follow with the other cleanses Mr. Trudeau suggests. I cannot find a practitioner in Houston who does the HCG shots though, and there's no way I'm going to Germany or Bolivia anytime soon. ;D
Organic has become a staple in our already healthy household. Our cleaning product choices have changed as well. Shopping at local farmers markets is standard too.
It's great we have these choices and it's up to us to decide what's right for our families. I have already always believed the industry was sinister so this was no big shocker to me, just a minor wake up call to inspire us to stay on the right track.
My suggestions?
*Don't go off the deep end. Use up what you already have then simply replace your daily products with better choices. *Search online, find another family near you to buy in bulk with, shop at your local farmers markets and buy local as much as possible.
*Seek advice from your nearby health food store and get referrals for services you will be needing.
*Stop eating out.
*Walk whenever you can.
*Grow some tomatoes on your porch or in your kitchen window in a pot.
*Join a local gym or "Y" or yoga class or whatever.
*Get a partner, don't do this alone, you need the support.
*Don't listen to the naysayers, they're just jealous. ;P

God Bless You Indeed!

Is it true that WD40 will help, if you have arthritis?

My girl friend has the book and is following the diet. This diet is not Kevin Trudeau's diet. It is a diet that was created years ago by a researcher in Europe that set up a practice in Rome, Italy and treated over 100,000 people. The diet is not called a diet, it is called a cure, because it takes the weight off by reducing a person's "stored fat" that once it is gone, it doesn't come back like other diets that simply reduce the fat around organs and bones. These diets created by Jenny Craig, Nutrisystems, weight watchers, etc. all highly recommend and use products that contain Soy, food additives, etc. These diets then restrict your calories and you do lose weight, but gain it right back and you develop a dependence on the diets because of the additives. They are in the business of weight loss, not a cure for obesity. This is why people keep using these techniques over and over again.

The FDA ban the hormone used in Trudeau's diet for a few years until they just couldn't justify the ban because they simply could not find any side effects from it's use. The other thing is they claimed the diet didn't work. Their clinical trials used hormone that was not fresh and pure and the people did not follow the diet as it was designed. This created bad results and their stand now is that the diet is not banned, but that it does not work. O.K., fair enough, they don't believe it. It's amazing what the FDA does believe. They support the manufacturers, not the consumer. Just follow the money and you will see why. Additionally, look who is heading up the organization, an ex-Monsanto executive. Go to: www.futureoffood.com Get the DVD for about $20 and you will see one of the best documentaries about our food supply you've ever seen.

Trudeau, himself, is not a credible guy, but don't kill the message because of him. Much of what he says is true and all you have to do is look at the statistics to understand it's so. 75% of all Americans are dying of heart disease, 30% are OBESE, 70% are overweight, and we now rank 24th in longevity among other nations in the world. 23 countries have people living longer than Americans. Just look at the 1 billion dollars Jerry Lewis campaign raised for MS. Is their a cure? NO. Just think what 1 billion dollars could do if spent on perfecting organic farming, getting rid of all the insecticides, pesticides, hormone laced foods in America. The new prediction now is that 42% of all Americans will be OBESE by 2014. The same people that told you Margarine and flu shots are good for you are telling you to eat Canola and Soybean oils and that Genetically engineered foods are good for you. Money doesn't talk, it screams!

By the way, my girl friend that is on the Trudeau diet, is losing 1 pound per day just as the book claims she would. She has lost 20 pounds and is about to go off the "cure" in a few days as the book suggests and then will return to it in 45 days, as the book suggests. She is following it to the letter and it is working.

good luck to you
