Well thanks God I never had to go through with a Nose operation but I can tell you for sure that if you take a dose of the Homeopathic remedy ARNICA in 200 or preferably in 1M(1000) potency about three hours before your operation on an empty stomach you would not feel the hurt after your operation you can take another dose after your operation (for good measure) and it will help keep the infection and the pain away. Trust me it works every time I have prescribed it for exactly the same situation pre and post operation problems and it has never failed to give me the exact results.

Do you mean a nose job? like plastic surgery? it hurts for a while. like a couple weeks. my sister got her nose done and she would barely talk or get out of bed for like two weeks... she also threw up a few times because of the medication they gave her... and her nose was swollen even after the pain went away for a few weeks as well.
