How can I wake myself up?

Question:
Lately I've been feeling very sluggish and tired. Any ideas on how I can give myself some energy? I can't drink coffee or anything with caffeine because I'm trying to stop being so addicted to it. So, I'm up for suggestions! Thanks.

Answers:
Pink Grapefruit essential oil (citrus paradisii) is a wonderfully stimulating essential oil. It is impossible to sit still and do nothing when it is in the air - it's the 'get up and do something' oil. (Makes me want to wash windows or strip wallpaper!)

Use it in a diffuser so it will fill the air of the room you are in.

Other aromatherapy remedies... Rosemary cineole is a physical stimulant; sweet basil or lemon seem to help with mental focus so they might help keep your mind focused and alert.
try a short jog when you first get up.
Youd be surprised =)
Oh you are probably going through caffeine withdrawal which takes a while . Good for you. Just taper it down gradually. Then, if you get a good nights sleep, you will not feel tired. But until then, take deep breaths and do some extra exercise. Best wishes
eat a better diet exersise reguarly, drink plenty of water if you are realy tired drink coca leaf tea
sleep but for 8 hrs sometimes sleeping too much makes you tired and sluggish
Vitamin B is good for giving you energy. Make sure that you dont take it on a n empty stomach though, if you do it wont be effective at all.
berrocca?
first you have to sleep not less than 8 hours and drink lot of water and juices that might give you some energy.

When you roll out of bed in the morning, literally roll out of bed. The "sudden impact" from when you hit the floor will feel like a "magnum force," and will really make your day. . . .
I drink Ginsing Tea. It will give you a boost similar to caffeine but without the side affects. Make sure you are getting enough sleep, exercise and good food.
You might want to go to your doctor & have a blood test for Anemia or Thyroid problems. They can both make you feel very tired. I would check those out first.
Sleep at least 8 hours per day. Exercises 1 hour before you go to sleep. This can make your sleep more convenience.

Try to take a bath in the morning with peppermint bath and body works.
try a little exercise like going for a quick walk or bike ride, maybe play some badminton, or swim. drink plenty of water and get 7-8 hrs of sleep a night. you could also try a gingko biloba supplement.
people say sleep 8 hours but that is so not true. you should only go to bed when you cant stay awake anymore. literally when you try to read something and cant focus, thats when you go to bed. make sure you get up everyday at the same time, you can train your body and you will eventually not be so fatigued
