Anyone ever had a colonic?

Question:
I'm seriously thinking about it, was it good? How much should I pay? Do you know anywhere good near to SE19 (London)

Answers:
I suffered severely from colitis. I was in the hospital twice a week for a few days for over 6 months with colon blockages. They even removed my gallbladder thinking that was the culprit. Three days later I was back in the hospital with another blockage. I finally went to get a colonic. It was the only thing that has brought my colon back to normal, or almost normal function. I was scared that I would get colon cancer if I did not find something to take care of my colon problems. I have a colonic done every two months for maintenance now, and I feel a lot better. I would recommend it to anyone. Make sure you take a pro-biotic and that your person is certified to do a colonic. I actually find it to be relaxing, the temperatures of the water can go up to 101'degrees. The warm water stimulates NATURAL paristalsis. Over weight people can eliminate as much as 2-15 pounds over a serious a treatments. Did you know John Wayne died with 45pounds of poo in his colon? Death starts from the colon, it is what flushes a lot of toxins, and synthetic medications that the body would otherwise NOT be able to rid by itself. You will have so much energy. My boyfriend had one done and it took his headache away instantly. A colonic involves oxygen which has a cleansing antiseptic and solvent action on the intestines. Most people feel immediate relief after their first treatment.
You have colon dysfunction if you have constipation, diarrhea, foul-smelling poo or gas. Other symptoms are tension, fatigue, allergies, indigestion, irritability, headaches, nervousness, nausea, depression, bad breath, menstrual problems, swelling of the legs, asthma, backache, loss of memory or concentration, overweight, poor appetite, craving food, anxiety and worry, abdominal discomfort, skin problems, hemorrhoids, joint pain, and prostate trouble.
I had skin, joint, headache, constipation, blockages and energy problems before I had a colonic.

Errr! No thanks I'd rather have a pipe stuck up my butt
My mother had breast cancer and went to a place they detox people. They do juicing and herbs, and colonics. It was in
Arkansas. It cost several thousand for a few weeks but included everything. She swore by it and said she would have gone there first instead of having chemo if she had known about it. She said she felt sooo much better but then went back to her lifestyle when she came home. She did live longer than expected.
im thinking about it too. i think theres a website of practitioners but i dont know what it is try searching colonic irrigation on internet to find one near u.
A firend of mine has just had a colonic- she wanted to shift some excess baby weight. She found it really helped for the first couple of days but they gave her tablets to take to keep the process going. These tabs are supposed to act in the same way as the Colonic- ie clean out your system, but she found that while taking the tabs, she was never off the loo!! Would only recommend if you are prepared to go back for a few sessions or you don't mind spending a lot of time in the loo! Can prove quite costly too.
