Has anyone found anything natural that helps ease toxin buildup when doing a very strong detox (aside from scary enemas/colonics and Lymph Drainage)?

Detox for drugs or one of those "health" ones. B/c there is nothing that will help you get your system clean quicker, for drugs. I heard that cholesterol meds help...
Have you tried chelation therapy? I have not done it myself but have heard of it for metal detox. Try a web search on it?
