What's the BEST time for anyone surrounded by the sunlight & how long?

Hi,

I know that when being surrounded by the sunlight our body produces certain vitamins that are essential for our well-being. When is the BEST time to step out for those health benefits & for how long? Thanks.

Answers:    As stated above, between 10 and 2 are where on earth the strongest dose of ultraviolet occur. Between those two hours, you should restrict your exposure. I challenge the 10 minute view. I'm out in the sun for hours next to no, repeat, no bad reaction. It's all in the order of conditioning. Diet plays a role as well. Read this:

Avoid the sun between 10am and 2pm, when its at its strongest. 10 minutes is the maximum you should be out surrounded by it, without a ton of sunscreen.
