Drink milk shortly before bed time. When you close your eyes and are trying to fall asleep, imagine you are walking down a long white corridor until you slip into dreamland.
Don't eat anything 2 hours before you go to sleep. Wake up at a regular time everyday, even weekends and days when nothings going on. Exercise regularly.
night meals should not be too heavy and at least three to four hours before bed time,
a warm bath a hot beverage before you sleep and of course reading your favourite novel ,will surely put you to sleep,
