the old enema bag works just fine for me,and maybe you should wait till the pain gos down before you jerk you gut into another new configuration.
oil things relay freaks it out, and multiple treatment may make it worse.if you feel to do a enema just do one or 2 bags to start,ease into it.
We are Human Being with a self healing / Self cleaning mechanism given to us by the almighty we do not need Colonic to so called cleansing of our systems. Colonics are a waste of time and money if you ask me :o) Its almost the same practice as blood letting being carried over from medieval times we have come a long way since then.

It's an alternative medical procedure similar to an enema. It involves the introduction of discrete amounts of purified water, sometimes infused with minerals, into the colon using devices with sanitary, disposable speculums or gravity-fed enema-like systems inserted into the rectum. The fluid is released after a short period, and the process will be repeated multiple times during the course of a treatment.
I was a skeptic myself, but desperate to recover from a debilitating illness. I was really amazed with the good results I got.
Mostly, a real fancy enema. Very expensive.With the proper training and info, this can be done at home, with series of enemas. Look it up on the internet.
