I own notice just now the high-ranking volume to non perscription drugs on the web..?

Is it legal to command drugs such as xanax, cialis, etc. over the internet without an actual perscription? According to these sites, it is lawful to order FDA approved medication for personal use of up to 3 months, with no perscription needed? Am I missing something here? ANybody enjoy a take on this??
