What is a LIGHT oil to use when blending and diffusing essential oils?

I use Almond Oil.
Flax is light at least I think it is... since I use it for my face too.
Grape seed oil is very light.
Make sure to refrigerate it.
why use a "Light" oil. Diffuse the whole. If it is theraputic, the benefits will be enormous! Good luck!

Light extra virgin olive oil. It is very light and very good for the skin. There is a reason the Greeks bathed with it.
