Can China Slim Tea reduce pot-belly if not what natural herb can?

Question:
I am 61 years old,167 lbs, 5'11" tall but have a "beer belly" !

Answers:
No herb can reduce your belly. You can try ab exercises and diet changes and those are both "natural" ways to lose it.
Herbs do not selectively target a specific region of fat. Some deposits are hereditary. Remeber the family on SNL? (I believe they were the Butt's).

Seriously though, many people have fat deposits between and on internal organs. For many of us, there is far more located their than under the skin. Is your liver healthy? It can mimic a pot belly. So can severe fluid retention as with advanced heart disease or liver problems. Consider exercises such as crunches for the upper abs and pelvic tilts for the lower abs. A little harder than gluping a drug or pill. But it will work with out harmful effects of herbs or drugs.
There is an easy 5-step abdominal exercise you can do while you surf the Internet or while you are sitting or standing. It is a very easy exercise.
