I heard that ylang ylang and neroli are good for anxiety..?

Question:
but im not familiar and i dont know how to use them, i think both are oils used in aromatherapy, how can i use it personally?
can i just put a few drops in my handkerchief and smell the oil/s?

Answers:
Yes, you could simply inhale them, or dilute them in a vegetable oil, like olive oil, and use them in a relaxing bath. You would want to use 5% essential oils.

Another great remedy for anxiety attacks is rescue remedy by Bach remedies. You can find these at any health food store.

Also, I have treated many patients with anxiety disorders using herbs and acupuncture. They respond extremely well to this type of therapy. In Chinese medicine, a Kidney System deficiency would lead to fear, and we tonify the Kidney energy.

Hope this helps!
