Can anyone describe me how to mix bentonite and flax pip?

I've heard that if you mix and consume them contained by a certain means of access, you can cleanse your internal regions. Does anyone know how this is done?

There is a product call MetaCleanse that combines Bentonite Clay with Flaxseed and Psyllium pip husk in what they give the name an "intestinal colon cleanse." Their website has instructions and explanations: http://metacleanse.com/index.html

I've never hear of exactly this combo so can't give you any anecdotal evidence that it is a specifically good intestinal cleanse.

Their product costs $22.95 plus shipping & handling. That make me a little suspicious because the 3 ingredients are adjectives ridiculously inexpensive when purchased separately. For that amount of money you could buy enough to later you for 6 months. It is a laxative and the psyllium will probably give you a great deal of gas. The clay and the psyllium will both use a lot of hose so I would recommend you drink twice the amount they recommend while using the product.
