Has anyone tryed hopi ear candles? are they any good? and info on them will help...?

Question:

Answers:
Ear candling is when a cone shaped candle is placed in the ear, it is then lit. The heat creates a vacuum that pulls the wax and congestion out. Massage clinics, spas and alternative health places can do it. Or you can buy the candles your self and do it, but you will need someone to help. Hi Health sells them.
good question
It is an unnatural act putting a burning candle in your ear. Put your head on a small pillow, and put a mirror in front so you can see. That will help put your mind at ease.
please do not try this. I tried it and I almost got very hurt. It is a waste of money. Do not try it.

Ear candles don't work. If you don't believe me, burn one in your ear and burn another outside of it. Open them both up and examine the insides. They both are the same. Earwax is very sticky and anything that could create a vacuum powerful enough to suck wax out would also damage your ear drums. Fortunantly, because ear candles do absolutley nothing, they are safe to use. Although, You do run the risk of losing 5 or 10 dollars, looking like a fool for sticking candles in your ears and starting your hair on fire.
They are a worthless hoax and a total waste of your money. They are also potentially dangerous.
