Anyone know of a combination of herbs for relaxing?

Question:
I would like to blend a tea with relaxing properties; we have a large health store.
All the ones I can buy are weak and do nothing but make me run to the bathroom every Min.
Is there any combinations that work for real, not the "believe-and-it- will- work" tea?

It sounds like you are frustrated with "teas". Therapeutic doses of herbs typically equal about three or four teabags three times a day. So if you are really stressed, or anxious, I can see how this method is annoying you even more.
Try Calms Forte which is homeopathic. http://www.amazon.com/hylands-insomnia-t...
