Is there a drug interaction with wayora & warfarin?

Regarding Kelley's post: I need to say here and now that Warfarin (Coumadin) also SAVES people's lives, as does Heparin. It has saved my life twice now because I have a genetic blood clotting disorder that shows up when I am pregnant and/or postpartum. I am what is called :"Heterozygously Positive for Factor V Leiden Hypercoagualability Disorder". I am greatful for both these drugs, as my condition was life-threatening with both pregnancies. The only thing I feel towards both these drugs is extreme gratitude. As one healer said to me, "Consider these as sacraments for you, b/c they have kept you alive and kept you from throiwng any more pulmonary embolisms. They have helped you by keeping you alive to raise your children." And he was right. I consider it to be STUPID and in extremely poor taste, to down a drug that saves people's lives with minimal side effects and interactions, I might add. There is a time and a place for EVERYTHING under the heavens, including pharmaceuticals.

That being said, I do not know what wayora is. It sounds herbal...I will do some research and get back to you. To my knowledge, the only problem with taking warfarin w/ wayora would be if wayora affected the clotting time (thickness or PTT) of the blood either way--by making it thinner or thicker.
this is what warfarin interacts with though upon research i did not find anything by the name of wayora.

Pharmacists are usually the most tuned into which drugs interact with each other.

That said, there are many better options than warfarin for thinning the blood and avoiding clots: Bromelain, nattokinase, serrapeptase, etc.

These can be obtained separately or in formulas such as Vitalzyme.

Warfarin kills people every year and probably every day, and maybe every hour...obliterating the term 'side effect' in the process.

Thus, without going so far as to look at the interactions, the direct actions of warfarin by itself are more than bad enough.

Good luck and be well.
