Anybody know how to...?

Question:
sure a hangover?

Answers:
dont drink
Lots of water. A hangover is quite literally from dehydration (which is what too much alcohol can do for you), so drinking water is the first thing. After that, you can take some cleansing products (Chlorophyll is a good one that works quickly) and it may help to eat a little something.

For future reference, the best way to prevent a hangover (aside from not drinking, obviously) is to eat a good amount of food while you're drinking and/or drinking a good amount of water after you're done with the alcohol. Granted, you won't feel drunk as long (because that's the dehydrating effect), but you won't feel horrible the next day.

Some people might also say to drink more alcohol when you have a hangover. but that'll actually prolong the hangover because it's getting you drunk again, which will just bring the hangover back again later.
To "sure" a hangover? Hm...drink a liter of crown royal the night before, and you should have a pretty good hangover the morning after.

Wait, that wasn't the answer you were looking for? Try learning how to spell then.
They say THE NIGHT BEFORE eat lots of B vitamins, like high-dose B vitamin pills, because those get drained by the alcohol. Also, drink LOTS of water, to flush out the toxic alcohol from your system & prevent dehydration. The next morning, have healthy Vitamin C in orange or orange juice, whole wheat bread, lots of water, and smoothie with wheat germ in it.

Good luck!
NUX VOMICA in 30C or 200C works the best, total magic. Its a Homeopathic remedy and anyone who gets a hangover now and then should keep it handy, totally a gem of a remedy. You won't know how good it works till you ty it.

Take Care and God Bless.
