You can ask the ones doing the test if they check for prescriptions. I don't think most do, but it would depend on what type of test it is.
If nothing else, just tell them that you've been taking a prescription drug, and they shouldn't have a problem with that (unless they don't allow that type of prescription). If you are up front with a drug tester, 99% of the time, it'll be better for you than having to explain after the fact.
