xanax withdrawal is as bad as alcohol withdrawal and can cause seizures and could cause permanent brain damage due to lack of oxygen to the brain while seizing.
i would recommend a rehab. you can go to your ER and they will go thru the channels to get you the help you need.
it sounds as if you are ready to make a change.

i have been thru xanax withdrawal and it is something you never want to experience.
you nedd to stop taking drugs that are not given to you by a dr. These drug are heavy duty drugs. I take Xanax as need and Paxil and I withdrawls if i don't take the way i am suppose to. Talk to your Dr and get on the pills you need to be on and that is it.
well, the drugs made you "normal" and since you are off of them you can feel all your symptoms. go to the doctors and get more drugs.
Talk to your doctor. Your going to experience high side effects if you mix certain drugs together.. you can also have a harder time of withdrawls. Some drugs are not ment to take together. Stop taking the drugs you are getting from your friends, and tell your doctor the drugs you have taken. Your doctor will perscribe you with the appropriate medications for your problems. If the doctor hasnt perscribed you to the drugs you get from your friends, then you probably should stop taking them. And you are going to have trouble sleeping, don't be suprised if you have nightmares and/or wake up sweating. It will be hard
I can feel for you, i have been there most of my life. I know one time i was on that xanax and it was the most horrible experience of my life. I got depressed and sick at the same time and i just never took it again. I myself am on paxil which works for me and at one time i was taking paxil and wellbrutrin, but now only the paxil. Paxil has been a lifesaver for me. When i lst took it which was over lo years ago it was like a black cloud was lifted off my whole life. I don't know whiat you should do, but those drugs don't sound right for you. Depression is a hard thing in life and especially when your so young, your dr. should be able to help you more. Before i got on the paxil, i was actually thinking of going to a hospital where i could be under care and get on the right med. GOOD LUCK.
I can't help you very much, all i can say is,
*** ween yourself off of xanax, do NOT try to go cold turkey, there is a very strong risk of seazuire... thats not fun***
next, in my experiance, every shrink is jumping up to give out drugs, which isn't neccesarily a bad thing, since they just relate you to statistics anyway (thats psycology these days!).
i don't know how to help you, give the doctors a try, its the least you can do, i am sorry i could'nt be any more of a help but i don't want to pull out bull sht like alot of other people do..

Apparently, you realize you have a problem or you would not have written this. On the other hand, this posting could be a gag. From the real standpoint, you need help. First, tell your mental health counselor about your problem. The drugs you are getting are all addictive. Flexeril, xanax, klonopin & valium are all in the family of diazepams being just different derivitaves. Soma is a bad 1 as it can cause problems, I think, w/your blood. It can't be taken for periods longer than 2 weeks. Get help.
