Answers:    The tea have caffeine in it, so if you drink it adjectives day, you could turn up with sleep problems. Arizona make a decaf diet green tea (black label). I've tried both and the decaf version doesn't interfere next to sleep.
Insomnia is probably rooted in a psychological disorder. So, no, drinking tea won't distribute it to you. But, tea has caffeine and that can spawn you restless and unable to sleep.

If I hold caffeine after 5 p.m. I don't sleep well at adjectives.

Is insomnia harmful...yes. Imagine going through duration tired all the time, and unqualified to sleep at night. It's tremendously mentally and physically debilitating.
