Get you some Alka-Seltzer original and take it the way it says to and by the next time you urinate 90% of it will be gone. In 3 doses of it, all infection is gone from your system. go get some otc cream. Vagisil is one topical cream that you can use. you can get it any local drug store or even local supermarket. if you can not find that look for antifungal cream. and try putting cool compress on it too
If by bacterial you mean yeast then most likely your answer is not so simple. Diet changes ie eliminate all sugar from your diet and get probiotics (friendly bacteria) in your system asap and forever. I use floracol it is amazing stuff. I can go to bed feeling like I might be leaning toward a yeast infection then take it just before bed and wake up just fine. Don't laugh but this was told for my homeopath.
