Is there a cure/medicine for urinary retention??


Question:
when i say cure/medidcine i mean a homeade cure or a medicine that OTC just wondering, cuz i had urinray retention once when i was taking this medication and yea...it sucked!

Stand with feet 18 inches apart on sides with straight knees. Pull up anal muscles with internal force. Hold it as long as u can comfortably. Then relax it. Thereafter Pull up urinary area muscles with internal force. Hold it as long as u can comfortably. Then relax it. U may do it 4-5 times twice a day.

It would take around a week to see the result. You may do it regularly thereafter too.
