a cup of tea
Your stomach is telling you it needs more acid. Sounds crazy but, if you put 2 tablespoons of vinegar in a half glass of water and drink it, you will be fine. If you use something to neutralize the stomach acid, you are undermining your digestive process. The food will not break down enough to be absorbed in the intestinal tract and you will be flushing out all the nutrients you have just eaten.
I have also, lately become a fan of Mona Vie-a % fruit drink that promotes digestive health. A little pricey but is the best thing I've ever had to keep you healthy. It's full of antioxidants. If you have a chance to try a bottle, do so. You won't be sorry.
Start taking digestive enzymes (without HCL)and drink plenty of water. Over acidity can result when you are dehydrated because your body does not have the tools to balance itself. The enzymes will help digest your food.
An alkaline diet is the answer.
Carrot+ beet root Juice
