We mailorder ours from Puritans Pride. Thier prices & quality are hard to beat. I don't work for them!! We just take their herbals.

I like wild oats ,sunflower market and whole food market
Wild Oats sells nothing with trans fat. Not sure abt sunflower or WFM. They maybe pricier but you don't have to buy everything there- but they certainly help with gaining more knowledge. I also shop at Trader Joe's.
They have communication boards and computers to help you look up alternative remedies and very helpful employees.
these type of establishments are a healthy mental environment and you meet people that on the same track and they usually are willing to share information with you.
My favorite store is the grocery store.There are a lot of good

learning.What will this do,and what will that do.Do your homework on the internet,because it will take you a lifetime
to test so much.
