You are going to read all kinds of answers and hear all kinds of stories, but short answer is that only time will rid your body of THC.
Anyone who tells you that there are ANY sure fire methods is either telling you somthing based on second and third hand information, or, just plain got lucky. No diluting, no flushing, no masking agents will work. (did you know that they also test for these agents. The assumption is that if you are taking these you have something to hide. Result: automatic positive test result.) Even the guy that says his method worked for him. Do you know this guy? How do you know he's not BSing you?
