This place is great for organic items. This is where we shop, although dont know if you are near one or not.
One thing is to stop using ANY oils to cook food with the exception of coconut oil.
We have stopped using listerine and started using hydrogen proxide. We use Jasons brand soaps and shampoo in the shower because it is free of the SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate). All deodorants use Propolyne Glycol as one of the ingredients. This is the main chemical in ANTI-FREEZE. Women need to know this fact more than men due to the location of the lymph nodes. Good luck.

"Kiss My Face" is a whole product line of organic beauty products including shampoos and conditioners, shaving cream, soap, you name it. Everything I have tried is great and the scents are really good too (not often the case with a lot of organic products). They are also very affordable.
I would recommend ginger supplements for nausea and upset stomach. It works great for me! Melatonin works well for sleep. But in general be wary and sceptical of most natural products since most of them have little or no effects on their claims.
