I have displaced my 3rd finger joint of my feet way back in 2002. Is there any natural way to treat this?

I donot feel pain always. But sometimes there is some amount of pain. I dont want to operate and clear this trouble. Rather I would like to apply some natural medicines to cure it. Please suggest some natural way or treatment to clear this displaced joint in my third finger of my left feet. Please help.
