Is herbal bedtime tea save to drink when pregnant?

Question:
I heard herbal bedtime tea help you sleep does it work and save when your pregnant or is there anything that can help you sleep better ?

Answers:
As with prescription medication, you should always consult with you Doctor, herbalist, Naturopathic Doctor, whatever he/she may be.
Being pregnant puts your body under stress which would cause sleepless nights. Sticking to a good diet and exercise helps allot. Try to go to bed at the same every evening, get a routine going.
If you must use an Herbal Tea, read what herbs are used because that herb(s) may have a contraindication against Breast feeding or pregnant mothers.
Happy pregnancy.
yes cause it is all natural and organic dont use it every nite but once in a while is fine. i took it with my son and still take it now and he is fine.
Always ask your doctor. Take the ingredients list in on your next visit and ask. Some herbs may lower blood pressure, thin your blood etc. Although nothing will probably hurt your pregnancy you don't want your system full of something that may complicate things if a problem arises.
