At what dosage should i be taking Arnica Montana pre and post operative(cosmetic surgery)?


Question:
I will ge undergoing cosmetic surgery next month and have heard Arnica Montana does wonders for swelling. At what dosage should i be taking Arnica Montana 200ch?

Answers:
