Answers:
you're fine. Don't worry.

Dosage: To make a soothing cup of chamomile tea: Pour a cup of very hot (not boiling) water over 2 teaspoons of dried flowers. Steep for five minutes and strain. Drink up to three cups a day or a cup at bedtime.

Guidelines for use: Chamomile is gentle and can be used long term. It can be combined safely with prescription and over-the-counter drugs, as well as with other herbs and nutritional supplements. At recommended doses, the herb seems to be safe for children and pregnant and nursing women.
Don't worry, you can drink as much as you like. It's more healthy than drinking regular tea and forms a good source of the 2 litres of water we're all supposed to drink everyday. Just relax and enjoy!
There are many traditional remedies which employ Chamomile. These include everything from a cure for a cough or bronchitis, a fever, inflammation of the skin, liver and gallbladder complaints to appetite stimulator. One herbal medicine guide even claims that if you drink chamomile tea before bed, you won't have nightmares.
I don't believe you have anything to worry about, if you wanted to have more during the day. It's got no caffeine at all, and is gentle enough to use to soothe a baby's stomach. It's been used as a medicinal tea for centuries with pretty good results, and I would think in all that time if it caused trouble it would have been noted. My own grandmother, who was German, drank it all the time, and she lived to be over 90. She liked it with honey, and I know she drank several cups of it a day the entire time I knew her, and according to my mother, as long as she had known. All of grandmothers friends were much the same way, and one of the ladies even grew the stuff for her own use. They used to mix it with rosehips for the extra vitamin C during the winter. So I think you could quite safely have it as well. Heaven knows there are plenty of other things we drink too much of which are definitely not good for us.
Your fine.
valerian tea is good also, I recomend finding out about cognitive behavioural therapy, best thing to control anxiety naturally, it can be conquered pet!
