If liver detoxification doesn't work afterwards how do you explain the alterations surrounded by AST, ALT, LDL, CYP450 etc.?

After doing a PROPER liver detox many of these lab values can shift to a more favorable efficacy.....how do you explain this if you do not believe liver detox does anything? And don't say coincidence!
