I don't know what you're talking about, but I heard that Garlique can help lower cholesterol.
There may be more than one, but one is known as cholestyramine (Questran).
I have never heard of a powder. However, I do know that apple cider vinegar will do it also. one cupful in a 4oz cup of water every day will cut your cholesterol , great for your body, blood pressure, sore throat. it helps all that ails you..try a Chinese store and ask them about powders if they don't have it they will know who does. good luck
The correct answer is Citrucel or Metamucil. They add fiber which helps your digestive system move things along. Apparently when digestion moves more slowly there is more time to absorb cholesterol from the food you ate.

Other things containing fiber that work to reduce cholesterol: oatmeal, all-Bran with extra fiber.

Omega 3 fish oil suppliments also help.

The last I heard (I know, new & different information comes out regularly) garlic does not have an effect on cholesterol.
I haven't heard of any powder...but I know some natural herbal supplements which can help lower cholesterol...such as: Olive leaf extract and Alfalfa..you can find these in your local health foods store...Hope this helps..
Psyllium Husk is the correct answer!
its called lecithin granules, you can find it at your local gnc or vitamin shoppe

also fish oils do help aswell, garlic and cq10
