Myself, I am not impressed with one of the ingredients, which is mineral oil as this is not natural but a by-product of the petroleum industry. But if it has got pretty good testimonials that show it might help then you might like to try it.
An alternative which is all natural could be either:

Or a Cocoa Butter product or some other product specifically for scars such as Mederma ® (available worldwide I think) such as this:

Always check the ingredients because one of the cocoa butter products for scars (Palmers scar serum) is not vegetarian for instance and contains shark oil, which you might find unethical even if not vegetarian. Its up to you.
