Vitamin benefits of juicing?

Question:
how long can i store juice i have made myself before i lose the vitamin benefits?

Answers:
A few days in the fridge ok ,
I don't know, but that is a good question. I have just started juicing myself. I dring right away though. It shouldn't be a problem if stored properly, 2 - 5 days maybe. Nutritionist might know.
Perhaps for 12 hours. ie overnight. However juicing takes out a lot of the fibre and other benefits. Better that you eat the fruit and vegetables either raw or cooked. Include the skins of apples, pears, peaches etc. when you eat them.
There are no benefits from juicing concerning vitamins if the veggies were grown in minerally depleated soil. Juice can only be stored short term. It is best to drink it shortly after juicing.

Juicing is good to clean your colon and is a good detox.
