Do you take "royal jelly" or "bee pollen"?

Question:
If you do, what are the health benefits and risks? If you do use it, do you notice any good outcomes in your health and wellbeing?

Answers:
Hi there - I take local bee pollen for help with my seasonal allergies. I get slightly stuffed up shortly after taking it, but that clears up within twenty minutes. My allergy symptoms are much relieved for the rest of the day after taking it. I also swear I get a little "buzz" from the pollen...it's potent stuff! It just makes me feel pretty energized. I don't take royal jelly, sorry for having no input there.
