Okay this sounds gross but people can get a yeast infection on the tongue. See a doctor and get it checked out.

my mom said it might have something to do with not getting enough iron or somthing. I dont know. I think i get enough iron though, so im not sure.

Yup, that's almost certainly due to yeast overgrowth.
About 70% of men and women in the US have a yeast overgrowth. It's not your fault. It's usually due to antibiotics...even ones you probably got as a child.
It originates in the gut.
To correct it there are 4 things that need to be done:
1- Olive leaf extract (to kill the yeast)
2- PB-8 or another excellent probiotic (to keep the yeast from coming back.)
3-Glutamine (5 grams 2x a day), or IntestiNew, to repair the holes the yeast makes in the gut.
4- A good multi-enzyme (to de-stress the digestive tract while the gut is healed.)

my husband has the same thing . he did almost same thing.i am so glad he does'nt have any bad breath now.
It's caused by poor diet AND antibiotics and birth control pills.
Yes, it is a systemic yeast infection and it's called Candida. Google it.
I wasted a copay to see a doc and he was like...it's bacteria...brush your teeth with a toothbrush...moron. Knew he was wrong, but it took my own research to figure out what it was.
