Best thing is good old "Knox Gelatin" My holistic practitioner recommended it to me.
There are a number of natural supplements that can help your nails to grow. The first thing that you want to make sure that you are taking a high quality multi-vitamin. The one that I use is called Intramax. This multi-vitamin will provide a good base. The Intramax is an all-organic multi-vitamin. The next thing that you might look to add to your regimen is a Vitamin B Complex. You could also add MSM as well as the second half of the sulfur molecule. Sulfur is the basically makes just everything in your body. You could also take extra biotin, a B vitamin that is usually included in formula that are specifically for growing hair and nail formulas.
JELLO !! You use to be able to buy Knox Gelatin - don't know if yo still can. Mix it in water(warm) until it disolves and then drink it. Now you can just eat Jello. Has the same gelatin in it and tastes better!
