Question:
I'm sorry if this offends anyone I'm just asking this because there as so many herbs out there I've tried a few and none of them seemed to work.So I was wondering if you found one that acually worked for you. Please be honest, thanks

Answers:
First of all, I wonder why you think your question would offend someone? Second, I take several natural remedies for different things and they've all worked for me. I used to get muscle cramps (charley horse) in my legs a lot from working out so I started to take magnesium and potassium supplements - the cramps went away. I haven't had a single one since I started taking the supplements. Also, I was having digestion problems (IBS) so I started taking Lactobacillus acidophilus and I haven't had a problem since. You should look this one up, it's good for all sorts of things! I also take flax seed oil (in pill form). It's another one that has several good uses. Hope this helps!
During exams, i take a nerve control from Natures Sunshine. People tell me its fake and it only works because i think it works, but I dont care, cause either way, it works! Also, during her period, my mom takes a mood elevator. That, as far as i know works. But i think that all herbs work.
yes herbs work if you use the right one for what you need it for.
Herbs work but take time sometimes 1 to 2 months it always takes longer to go natural but in the end the pay off is a healthier, than using a Rx. I wonder if you took herbs prescribed for you by a herbalist or just choose from here say ? whats good for one can be bad for another just because of your blood type, medications or disorders .The good thing is just like Rx's there is more than one purpose behind each herb.
When in doubt check out this book

Yes, it dos. Just make sure you are taking the right one for the right symptom, and don't go cheap. Ask the herbalist about the best brand and take the right amount. I only use natural supplements and it WORKS
