Depends what you mean by reliable, most claims for these preparations are unfounded and unproven anyway!
There aren't any reliable places! most of it doesn't do a thing for the body. Eat a varied, healthy diet. Cut out all caffeine products which depletes the body of nutrition and sugars which cuts you appetite for good nutrition.
And we are not vegetarians by nature, we need the elements that animal meat provides. You have to go research the best foods for you that will replace that part of your needed diet.
