Tony,
Go to your local drug store and ask the pharmacy to point you in the right direction for ear wax removal drops. Buy the one with the blue ball syringe. Then go back home and follow the directions on the bottle and then wash it out with warm to hot water. You may have to do this several times before it opens back up. You can tell it's working when you see ear wax falling in the sink when you rinse it out. Repeat it until you can hear completely.
Do not use Q-tips because all they do it push the wax back into the ear canal.
Just go to the store and get some ear wax remover or hydrogen peroxide does the same thing ,but it will make your inner ear dry.So don't do it very often.
Olive oil will soften the wax in your ears and make it easier to remove.
Depends on how it's blocked. If it's because of too much earwax, peroxide should dissolve it. However, if it's like what happens on a plane, try yawning, swallowing, chewing something, or just opening and closing your mouth a lot to equalize the pressure. If neither of these work or you have a cold or allergies in addition to the blocked ear, you could have an ear infection and have fluid stuck behind your eardrum; if this is the case, you may have to see a doctor to find out if you need any medicine to get rid of it or if it will go away on its own (many do after a few days).
