Is it OK to drink non-organic Apple Cider Vinegar from the grocery store?
Question:
Answers:
Yeah, its ok. But there is a much easier, less likely to cause you to wrench your face up from the pucker.
Try the apple cider vinegar pills found in the dietary section of almost any grocery store or herb shop.
They work just as good and you can pop them with water quick enough to avoid that pungent nasty funky taste!
Hope that helps!
As for the sites saying, "To only drink Organic Cider from Health Food Stores", you might want to consider looking at their sponsors, or what they are peddling. If you are in a website that is for natural or organic, of course they're going to say that!
I don't think it's healthy to use it in such large amounts..How strong is your stomach? I'd ask your dr what he or she thinks...

It is OK, but you will find the unfiltered organic brands to taste sweeter and they have more of the nutritional values in them.
Mix it with a glass of warm water for better effect.
Quite a few years ago I was drinking apple cider vinegar, but I bought it at a health food store...I also occasionally bought it from the grocery store...but I only drank 3 tablespoons mixed in a glass of water. NEVER just alone...(w/o diluting it).and I really felt good. I've been thinking of going back on it. It really helped my stomach and digestion.
