Has anybody had semi-miraculous cures from doing a head stand every day?

I heard the benefits from doing a head stand, even for only 20 seconds, can really help the ole body out.

I would say YES. I'm a training contortionist and head stands are VERY good for the body. It's excellent to stretch out every day (no matter what body shape or age!) and it will benefit you in the future.

Well, I lose headaches when doing a head stand. But only for a moment though..
I have been doing head stands every day for more than half a century.

It does not do any miracle cures.
It is just a part of general yogic practice and contributes to an over all well being.
