if you are an insulin diabetic you will have to take the insulin and the pills, but there are things you can do to reduce the amount such as eat a healthy diet, work out, reduce stress by meditation, yoga, and getting enough sleep.
I know this is going to seem retarded, however my g/f's dad had the same problems with one difference, he was "old school" and expected it to "Fix itself", no medicine but regulates the intake of sugars or carbohydrates.

Bottom Line: Cinnamon!

Check it out and you will see articles (hopefully the same one I did and showed her) that offer that advice.

I am a stranger to you, but I hope you stay healthy! Fight! Anyone can give up.

First is diet control-take natural diet, like, fruits ,vegetables.Stop sugar and fast foods altogether.Second way is exercise-long walks, yoga, deep breathing exercises, and, esp.,weight training can help you a lot in controlling your diabetes.
