How can I break my own arm?

Question:
Mechanical methods, the buddy-method. Anyone have any ideas? I'm seeking a method of self-inflicted injury that would disable me from completing a contract with employer, but would allow me to return to full health.

Answers:
Would it make your brain start working any better? I kind of doubt it. That is a really stupid scheme. Any fracture can have long term complications including nerve damage and paralysis. If you don't like your job quit and find a new one, plus insurance and disability fraud will land you in jail, where you will have plenty of time to think about it.
Throw yourself in front of the next train.
I cannot believe how many truly stupid people there are in this world.
why in the hell would you want to break your arm? tool
What the hell is wrong with you?
If you are that desperate then a chainsaw is always welcomed.
I broke my arm in two places as a kid by being pushed off a swing set. It healed well, but I have slight nerve damage in my hand that acts up during the cold winter months, and that's from a really good mend. I would just quit, or find some other way out of the contract, if you're an active person, risking a limb is not worth it.
Why not just complete the contract? How bad can it be?

You're a shining example of what is wrong with the world!
I'd say your mental disability would be sufficient to get out of your contract with your employer.

Obsessing over the thought of a broken limb probably qualifies as at least a temporary disability.
