It is usually made from the berries off of a specific palm tree. It has an estrogenic effect, so it will help BPH. It is the treatment of choice in parts of Europe for BPH. If taken in large enough amounts it does make the breasts swell. I don't know if it is available in India or what it is called. It is used in Europe as a perscription medication.
